Meet The Team

Caroline is one of the Directors at YOU-CAS and plays an active role in the business.

As a family business it was always essential for us to deliver care and support the way we would want for our own family members and this was the foundation of the business from the very start.

Seeing someone regularly and seeing that familiar face is so valuable to our clients and staff.

At YOU-CAS we understand how important choosing the right care company can be.

I am proud to see the whole staff team continuing to provide the friendly, professional services; and this has been recognised having been runner up for Home Care Provider of the year, 2 years running”.

“I applied to work for YOU-CAS as it appealed to me that it was a family run business and had been established for 25 years. I am very passionate about care and ensuring that the personal touch and quality isn’t lost through the growth of a business. I could tell from my conversation with Caroline that this was something that was extremely important to her as well. I was very excited when I received the call to say I had the position and have felt very welcomed into the team. I have three grown up children and am a proud grandma to four grandchildren ranging from 7 years old down to 5 weeks old. My family is very important to me.
