Caroline is one of the Directors at YOU-CAS and plays an active role in the business.
With over 25 years’ experience in the care industry, Caroline is extremely passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of others.
“As a family business it was always essential for us to deliver care and support the way we would want for our own family members and this was the foundation of the business from the very start.
Seeing someone regularly and seeing that familiar face is so valuable to our clients and staff.

Debbie is our Registered Manager for YOU-CAS.
Debbie has been working in care for 31 years in various care sectors from children to adults. All within varying fields, physical disabilities, elderly, mental health, challenging behaviours, learning disabilities, spinal, brain injury, dementia and many more. Debbie joined YOU-CAS back in April 2021 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her.
Debbie deals personally with each client, their family members, or advocates. From initial assessment and throughout your time with YOU-CAS through reviews and feedback. It is important to Debbie that she keeps that familiarity and connection so she is approachable and can maintain excellent standards of person-centred care. Debbie excels in arranging care packages in a timely manner which benefits family members that are relying on her support.
“I applied to work for YOU-CAS as it appealed to me that it was a family run business and had been established for 25 years. I am very passionate about care and ensuring that the personal touch and quality isn’t lost through the growth of a business. I could tell from my conversation with Caroline that this was something that was extremely important to her as well. I was very excited when I received the call to say I had the position and have felt very welcomed into the team. I have three grown up children and am a proud grandma to four grandchildren ranging from 7 years old down to 5 weeks old. My family is very important to me. I have a Labrador retriever dog who I walk daily and also take him camping with me, I love the outdoors, I am a Southampton Season ticket holder and enjoy my football. I go to home and away matches and have even been to matches in Europe to watch them.”
Louise is our Operations Manager for YOU-CAS.
Louise joined YOU-CAS back in August 2020 as the new administrator assisting in invoicing and payroll. Louise has now taken on a new challenge as our Operations Manager, working closely with our Director and the Registered Manager ensuring the quality of the customer service and implementation of best practices are being met. Louise has spent predominantly most of her working career within the motor trade and finance industry as a quality assurance trainer.
‘’I enjoy rising to new challenges and being in a new sector learning new skills. It has been refreshing”. I have three young daughters’ who keep me on my toes along with adding to our family; our puppy ‘Waffle’. In my spare time, I try to keep active with my family, to compensate for the amount of cakes I eat.
Angelika is our Senior Care and Support Giver for YOU-CAS
Angelika has worked in care since 2014. She has a wealth of knowledge in mental health, learning disabilities and elderly care. Angelika’s experience shines through the fantastic rapport she has with our clients. Angelika is a fantastic senior supporting the keyworkers in their roles.
Angelika has completed the Care Certificate and all the mandatory training required to do her job safely. She is about to embark on her Level 3 Team Leader and Supervisor qualification. Angelika is fluent in English and Polish.

Jackie is one of our Care and Support Givers for YOU-CAS
Jackie has been with the YOU-CAS team since 2017 but has worked in health and social care since 2003. She gained various qualifications during this time such as BSc Hons Joint Degree in Social Work & Nursing Learning Disabilities along with all the mandatory training provided by YOU-CAS.
“I love working in care and supporting our clients to maintain dignity and independence. I have a partner and one daughter. I very much like walking, countryside strolls and I’m interested in wildlife”.
Ian is one of our Care and Support Givers for YOU-CAS
Ian is our longest standing member of YOU-CAS and has been doing care with us since 2010. Ian has gained his Care certificate along with others in mental health and completed all mandatory training provided by YOU-CAS.
“I wanted to be part of the YOU-CAS team as I really believe their work ethos. Also, as it is a family run business, you really do feel like part of the family. I enjoy the results at the end of providing care for our clients. It brings me great joy to know that I have made a difference. My hobbies are going for long walks and I enjoy doing some fishing too”.
Lorraine is one of our Care and Support Givers for YOU-CAS
Lorraine has been within the care industry on and off for the past 25 years. During this time, Lorraine has achieved her care certificate along with her Dementia Certificate and various other care qualifications provided by YOU-CAS.
“I enjoy working in care as I enjoy spending time with people and making them laugh.
I am married with two teenage children. In my spare time I enjoy going on long walks with my dog noodles”.
Kelly is one of our Care and Support Givers for YOU-CAS
Kelly joined YOU-CAS at the start of 2021 and comes to us with a vast amount of experience.
“I have worked in care for 23 years, mainly with the elderly. I enjoy working in care, and being able to support those who need it. It is a very rewarding role. I have three daughters who I enjoy spending my time with. I have only recently began working with YOU-CAS, and am enjoying learning new things and working with various different clients.”
Karen is one of our Care and Support Givers for YOU-CAS
Karen joined the YOU-CAS team towards the end of 2020. During this time, she has been completing her mandatory training provided by YOU-CAS and been a positive team player and care giver.
“I’m new to the care industry and I am absolutely loving every minute of it! I love being able to provide care and support to others. I have two daughters and enjoy spending time with my family in my spare time”.
Linda is one of our Care and Support Givers for YOU-CAS
Linda joined YOU-CAS towards the end of 2020 and has continued to be an integral part to the team.
“I have been working in the caring industry most of my working career.
I started working with a Partially sighted couple and their young family, I was their main Carer for 5 years. It was a absolute pleasure seeing the young children grow and mature. I have also been the main Carer for a lady with M S she also had a young family. I have worked with lots of Dementia clients over the years, and supported Special needs children to access the community.
In my spare time I love sewing in all forms, Quilting, Embroidery and Appliqué . I love gardening, also love cycling and walking, and playing Bowls.”
Regan is one of our Care and Support Givers for YOU-CAS
Regan joined YOU-CAS at the beginning of 2021 whilst studying Psychology in University and is another great addition to the team.
“I wanted to work for YOU-CAS as I am a friendly and outgoing individual with a drive to provide those in the community with best quality of life possible. My skills sets include a wide understanding of mental health, human behaviour and psychological functioning. I have acquired these skills through studying psychology at university in which I am in my final year. I wanted to be able to apply my knowledge and skills outside of my studies and this is something YOU-CAS allows. In my spare time I enjoy running and the occasional yoga session.”
Lucy is one of our Care and Support Givers for YOU-CAS
Lucy joined YOU-CAS at the beginning of 2021 and has continued to be a great asset to the team.
“I’m new to the care industry after taking time to raise my family, but now my children are older I’m looking forward to a rewarding career. YOU-CAS; as a family run company with a first class reputation were the obvious choice. I am a busy mother of 4 and enjoy socialising with my family and friends. In my spare time I enjoy reading, studying French and Italian, and am a keen runner, regularly running 10km+ distances.”
Emma is one of our Volunteers for YOU-CAS
Emma started volunteering for YOU-CAS prior to lock down, as the restrictions have eased, we are pleased to welcome her back as one of our valued volunteers.
“I have previously worked as a head chef within a care home along with doing care work. I enjoyed the satisfaction of creating healthy and nutritious meals for the residents. I regularly participate in YOU-CAS charity bake sales and recently created some delicious cupcakes for the Alzheimer’s Charity bake sale.
I enjoy assisting staff members in their day to day tasks. I feel I have a good rapport with both clients and staff members. I really enjoyed volunteering at YOU-CAS before lock down, as every day is different, and the staff and clients are kind and friendly. It feels good to be back.”
Angela is one of our Care and Support Givers for YOU-CAS
Angela joined YOU-CAS in July 2021 and has worked within the care industry for over 10 years and has a wealth of experience in dementia and autism. Angela has already proven to be a great asset to the team and fitted in nicely with our ethos.
“I like being a voice for people who may not be heard and helping them keep and maintain their independence. To encourage them to continue to have choice and freedom in their lives. I wanted to work for YOU-CAS as I love that they promote independence in their service users with a flexible and person centred approach.
In my spare time, I spend time with my children and I have ginger cat called chewie. I enjoy going on coastal walks as it benefits me both physically and mentally.”
