How can I be sure all the tasks have been completed?
At YOU-CAS we have an online system specifically designed for Domiciliary care. It allows all staff members to view their client rota for the week, along with the required tasks for each client. The staff member clocks into the system by using a personalised QR code for the client to enable them to view the tasks that need completing. It also has a signature function to sign off any medication given to the client for auditing purposes which prevents any unnecessary paper. Some clients do however prefer written care notes which we can also cater for.
The system allows family members to log into their loved ones profile to see the tasks that have been completed and all notes relevant to that visit. Alternatively they can read hand written care notes if this is a preferred option.
We aim to be as transparent and approachable as possible. Communication is key to ensure you have the reassurance that the tasks are being completed correctly.
